any simple way to output this ip to my host XP?(i cannot copy and paste it to my XP)

because it's a dynamic IP.
there any convenient way to telnet into it without that changing ip?

You want a bridged network. The guest OS would need to have a static IP address/settings from the host's network range.

Bridged Networking

"If you use bridged networking, the virtual machine is a full participant in the network. It has access to other machines on the network and can be contacted by other machines on the network as if it were a physical computer on the network."
