old dos games and linux

hi all!

i want to play old school games on linux since that the BARTSARDS and windblows no longer support my old dos based games (win XP). i love my old games and as such i have been missing them alot. i want to know how to run these games under linux. (if not i will make a way)

for info sake

this is one of the many reason's why i am switching to linux.
we paid for these games and still use them and windows furkn knew it and did not give a shit about us. they just screwed us over and ignored us. up yours microsoft I WILL NEVER SWITCH BACK!

Well there is freedos:

http://www.freedos.org

and you don't even need linux! There is also dosemu:

http://www.dosemu.org

which runs on linux. There is also a linux interpreter for those great games like Day of the Tentacle and Sam n Max, who's name escapes me, but shouldn't be hard to find.

Haven't used any of these myself, except for the interpreter, which was not quite 100% last time I looked. In particular I don't know how well they handle graphics and sound. It would be nice to see some comments on that.
