Hello,

Have a look at Scribus or OpenOffice/LibreOffice Draw.

Kind regards,

Eric

Hi,

First of all, open a new thread for a new question so it gets the attention it deserves. Check this site on how to install from .tzg files.

Kind regards,

Eric

Did you not read post #4? Open a new thread for new questions..you have FOUR separate questions in this one, and didn't even acknowledge you got help with your first question.

And have you tried Google for ANY of this??
  • A .tgz file is a TAR/GZIP...typing in "tar xvrz <filename>" will uncompress it. How you install it depends on what it IS. Read the instructions for whatever software you downloaded, either from the website or in the instructions that come WITH the software.
  • Cyber cafe software is easily found, if you tried to look. First hits in Google: http://www.cyber-cafe-software.com/Eng/Linux/ and http://www.provisio.com/en-US/SiteCafe/Default.aspx
  • You scan using SANE software, or from various options in other graphics programs. What have you done/tried, how is the device connected, what error(s) did you get, and what version/distro of Linux are you using?
Please re-read the LQ rules you agreed to when you signed up, and read the threads on how to ask smart questions.

...and now a FIFTH question in the thread, where you were asked to open new threads for new questions.

If you can't see it under Office...LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Again, details help..what GUI are you using, on what version/distro of Linux?
