NVIDIA Driver question
 
I have installed the NVIDIA driver and everything seems to work fine. but when i open up konqueror my computer slows down dramatically, and the mouse doesnt even move right. then it gets to a screen where there are horizontal lines and you cant tell what is going on. but everything works fine if i use mozilla. should this be a concern?

is 3D acceleration operating properly?
from a term window type......glxgears
what happens when you do this?........

everything works fine, this is the output

14971 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2994.200 FPS
17345 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3469.000 FPS
17860 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3572.000 FPS
17408 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3481.600 FPS
17525 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3505.000 FPS
17107 frames in 5.0 seconds = 3421.400 FPS
