Can I use ntpdate after http servers and how? I use Ubunto 10.04 64bits.

after http servers?? what does that mean? You can't proxy ntp with a web proxy, no. There are probably ways to build some nasty udp tunnel or something, but you shouldn't. there should always be a good way in any environment to access an ntp service, typically an internal one.
