Post NTP clients are updating very slow


Below is my NTP server configuration:
Time is updating for clients but its taking long time to update. Kindly correct me if i am wrong anywhere..

[root@server1 ~]# cat /etc/ntp.conf
# /etc/ntp.conf
restrict default nomodify
# Allow all access from localhost
restrict 127.0.0.1

# Use inaccurate motherboard clock to synchronize
server 127.127.1.0
fudge 127.127.1.0 stratum 10

driftfile /var/lib/ntp/drift
broadcastdelay 0.008
server 0.asia.pool.ntp.org
server 1.asia.pool.ntp.org
server 2.asia.pool.ntp.org
server 3.asia.pool.ntp.org
