My bad--I fixed that. What I think would be quicker is if you will pick a time when I can call you. Email that to me with your email address.

I also have the same problem, NTLDR missing. The only difference is that

a) I have two hard drives
hda1 - Windows XP
hda3 - Slackware 9.0
hda mbr - GRUB (sometimes, it's also LILO)

hdc1 - Windows 98
hdc mbr - Windows XP's boot manager

In bios, I setup booting to C: in order to boot LILO or GRUB.
I setup to D: in order to boot up Windows XP's boot manager.
In Windows XP's boot manger, if I choose Windows 98, it can loadlin to Slackware 9.0. I also did the bootsect.lnx part to add Linux to boot.ini but if I do that, I get L 99 99 99 99

b) If I boot through lilo/grub, and incorporating in it booting to Windows XP boot manager, I'll get an NTLDR missing error. However, if I boot through hdc mbr, I won't get it, and I can boot Windows 98 or Windows XP properly.

This is really odd and I want it straightened out, do you guys have any idea about this? thanks.
