Try looking it up. Google returns lots of information
has all the documents/how-tos you need. Also FC3 is ancient...the latest release is FC9, please consider upgrading to something current, to avoid having problems.
I wonder, why you didn't find it yourself.
As TB0ne says, there is lots. Use google, please.
(And learn how to use the "LQ Search")

And look for 'similar threads' (e.g. see bottom of

ns2 : There is no easy way. Building, configuration
... and using it : You will need lots of time ...
