NS2


i have a problem in ns2 installation. i have mention all the path in .bashrc, but still when i run ns it shows the following error
"bash: ns command not found".

That error only means one thing: it can't find NS in your path. So either you defined your path incorrectly (try "export PATH=/asdf:/asdf/bin:...etc."), or the ns command isn't in what you specified. So modify your path, or make a symbolic link (read "man ln") to NS, to put a link to it in your path.

cd ns-allinone-2.34/ns-2.34/
su
make install

This will copy the binary 'ns' to /usr/local/bin/
... No more path problems.
...
