Check your use of double quotes. If you are trying to use nested double quotes, it doesn't look quite right.

tool in the advanced editor. Only suffix .txt will do.

you need to load library TCL scripts. After copying all needed files in their folders, especially
ns-mcast.tcl in ./ns-2.26/tcl/mcast/ go to ./ns-2.26
./configure
make clean
make
sudo make install
