'ns-allinone-2.xx', Fedora :

# yum install compat-gcc-34-c++ libX11-devel libXext-devel libXau-devel \
libXmu-devel xorg-x11-proto-devel gcc-c++ make automake autoconf libtool

ns-allinone-2.31.tar.gz :
http://sourceforge.net/projects/nsna...ar.gz/download

cd ns-allinone-2.31/ && ./install

Why Fedora 6 ? Has been dead for years. The current version is Fedora 14.
Or use the long term supported version of Fedora 6 = CentOS 5.5 .
