On which distro? Such dongle devices contains their launcher with it, so you can install the launcher/driver, and then using that you can connect to the Internet.
So once let's know your disto and where you're stuck? Are you getting any error or just don't know where to start?

Dear Shivaa,
I just don't know where to start and yes there is the setup file but it is .exe and so it cannot be run. As far as distro is concerned i'm using BT5 r3 on a live USB and its the one available on the official site.
