Red face Not able to print from windows vista to printer hosted by fedora 10

I'm having a problem printing to an HP 5610 printer hosted by a fedora 10 server from a windows vista wireless laptop. I'm using cups. My windows clients are using the "MS Publisher Imagesetter" print driver. This is the url that works on my XP clients:

http://fc10:631/printers/OfficeJet-5600-series

The print jobs show up in the printer queue on the vista laptop, but never make it to the printer. I have no problem printing from my windows xp or ubuntu clients. Now here's the twist. If I boot this same server with my ubuntu hard drive I am able to print from all clients without any issues.
