Hi now I am getting this message

patch -p1 < debian/patches/debian-changes-12.1-13
Command not found.

Now what to do

No package 'patch' installed ?

Finding a package, that provides /usr/bin/patch : $ yum provides */patch

# yum install patch

Firstly, as John said, you really shouldn't be using Fedora 13.

Secondly, where and how did you get xgraph, and which version? Was it here? —

The 'Xgraph's in the link http://www.xgraph.org/linux/index.html
.. seem to be a different application, not working well
or not working at all with the ns2 *.xg files.
( The mentioned packages are binaries for 32bits only :
xgraph_4.00.tar.gz, xgraph_1.39.tar.gz ).

The correct version for ns2 is xgraph-12.1 ( The VINT release )
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool....1.orig.tar.gz
.. Ref. the link in post #2.
And : http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/xgraph/
