NO vmlinuz.autoconfig.h im my system?

Please help!
In order to compile modem driver (Intel536) I needed autoconf.h and version.h files in my /usr/linux-2.4.22/include/linux/ directory, but I didn’t find tem there.
I tried to generate them from /boot/vmlinuz.autovonf.h, /boot/vmlinuz.version.h but I find out that they do not exist too.
What am I suppose to do.
Please help!
Thanks!
