I saw an interesting article on q4os which said it was ideal to replace xp on an old pc. The installation went well and is everything they said it would be. I now get no sound out to the speakers which were fine when it was running xp. I can find no way of getting the os to install a driver for the built in sound on the motherboard. I can follow instructions to use the terminal prog but do not know which codes to use. I am used to the gui interface mainly. I am a silver surfer and have used dos then windows since 1975,
