no sound
 
hey i installed mandy 10 official last night.. have no sound whats so ever.. running a7n8x deluxe.. i cannot figure out what to do next..
please help

Try opening a terminal and, as root, typing "alsaconfig" without the quotes. If it works, then setup your sound card properly then run "alsamixer" to turn the speakers on.

i logged in as root.. typed alsaconfig
says
[jeff@localhost jeff]$ alsaconfig
bash: alsaconfig: command not found
