Question No music or video sound


I cannot get my audio to work except for system sounds. No music or video sound?
I'm running Ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Hi, run this and post the results.

Code:
lspci | grep VGA
This will give us information about your video card model.

And then follow this guide, and let us know how it went.
