Exclamation no luck with chipset numbers

my last post was asking if anyone knew about the /sbin/pnpdump file that was excluded in the mandrake 9.1 kernel 2.4......distro as answered by captin_crunch

his advise was to use the command lspcidrake -vv command, the terminal gave me a unknown name for the ISA , is there any other commands i could use to try to find chipset numbers, the only thing i have been able to find out about this modem is, the identity/physical chip has the name lucent stamped on a few of the main chips and 'winBLows me' gave it a "internal v.90 fax modem" default driver.

anyhelp would be a +, thanks

it's 419 got a minute?
