No icon in xfce menu after installation; Slackware 13.37 x86_64

Hey folks,
I installed maxima from SlackBuilds.org and the GUI package.
Everything works, meaning I can start maxima and xmaxima from the virt. terminal, but there is no menu icon in the xfce menu.
Now this causes not a so big problem because it is just one programm that is not listed. But, what do I do, if there are more than 10 programms for example, sometimes it is hard to remember that a programm is installed :D
And writing a file seems stupid - even searching the binaries (which, of course, means that you know you have got the programm installed).
So, my question is:
Why aren't there icons for xmaxima in the menu?
And how can I add them to it?

P.S. I've got the same problem with emesene.
And maybe I should say that I did not install the KDE Package, when I installed Slackware - but I dont think this really matters.

Greetings from Germany

Hi there Abbraxas... Next time you might want to post Slackware oriented topics in Slackware forum. Just a suggestion! ;)
I think you can resolve your problem by editing Xfce main menu. More links: link1, or link2.
Good luck!

If you come to any problems let us know. If the links helped, and you managed to edit Xfce menu, mark the topic as solved!
Cheers and happy Slacking! ;)
