nginx/1.4.1 '/etc/nginx/sites-available/default' missing

Edit: Distro is Centos 6.4 64-bit

Created '/etc/yum.repos.d/nginx.repo' per :
name=nginx repo
Installed nginx without issues, it seems:

[root@server1 /]# yum install nginx
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, security
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile

[root@server1 /]#
This is what I have:

[root@server1 /]# ls /etc/nginx/*
/etc/nginx/fastcgi_params  /etc/nginx/koi-utf  /etc/nginx/koi-win  /etc/nginx/mime.types  /etc/nginx/nginx.conf  /etc/nginx/nginx.conf.rpmsave  /etc/nginx/scgi_params  /etc/nginx/uwsgi_params  /etc/nginx/win-utf

default.conf  example_ssl.conf
[root@server1 /]#
I'm missing sites-available and sites-enabled also, I've attempted to create the structure and use the 'default.conf' in place of copying the '/etc/nginx/sites-available/default' but this didn't allow for the virtual hosts to resolve to their specific wwwfolder.
