newbie using ubuntu 10.4 somehow has a red border around active window

I just installed ubuntu and have been jacking around with different compiz settings and somehow ended up with a dark red border on my active window. The annoying part is that when I double click on it to maximize it, it rolls it up like a window blind instead. Im sure this is one of those appearance settings I was playing with, but cant seem to turn it off. Im going through all the software I installed, but cant seems to find what the culprit is

Well that is a compiz thing, so have a look back through your compiz settings

If you had read his post, you'll see that he just did that, but can't find out where the setting is.

I don't use compiz, so cannot help him further, but you have just given him a useless "answer" and taken his post of the "zero replies" list without helping him at all. Please do not do this.

No, my answer was telling him he was wrong and that the problem is compiz. My answer was supposed to get him to go back through and find the setting he misapplied. If you'd used compiz you would have known this; please don't judge responses on your own understanding and try to apply this knowledge, such that it is.
