newbie to Microclients and Linux with a problem

Hi,

As my subject says, I am a newbie to Microclients and Linux with a
problem.
I have the microclient JrDX from Norhtech.
Today I ran Feather Linux through a USB stick on the client.
Feather runs fine, but it won't recognize the network card.
And that is the sole purpose of me buying the client, internet.
How do I get it to work?

Kind regards,
SweetMilo2k

Maybe try some other small Linux distro (DamnSmallLinux only needs about 50 MB for a minimalistic install) just to see if Feather Linux is the problem. Maybe your network card is of some non-common type - meaning that most generic Linuxes will have trouble with it.

The Knoppix LiveCD has very good hardware diagnostics and it can be installed to hard disks (and probably also on USB sticks). If everything else fails try it with Knoppix.
