newbie server question

hello, i am in the process of setting up apache, and was wondering if it is possible with an dynamic IP address. I belive it changes every time i connect. would i have to then change the various settings (of which i have limited knowledge, thats why i skipped mentioning them!) every time as well? I know this is an amazingly expandable topic, of which i dont really need, ill do my research naturally... just a brief answer would be great!
later all,

yeah, you can do it with a dynamic ip address, no problem...

just use one of these services, for example:

http://www.no-ip.com

http://www.dyndns.org

http://www.ods.org
