Newbie requires help

Hello, I've got a pentium I with 32MB Ram. I've been trying to install Suse 9.2. When i boot up with the CD I get the boot screen but when i select Installation there are messages that appear on the screen then the last few messages i recieve are Out of Memory ... Kernal Panic .. not sync...

Is this because i do not have enough RAM. How much do i need.

You'll certainly need more RAM than that: at least 128MB according to the official system requirements: (http://www.novell.com/products/linux...l/sysreqs.html)
