NEWBIE in trouble(about .bash_profile)

hi everyone.
I just want to know if i change my default shell, will .bash_profile still works? i mean will it still be loaded?

I would expect not. Another shell isn't going to load files specific to bash - unless it says it will, for migration purposes.

Why do you want to change your default shell, and what to?
