Seems i have deleted something maybe. I have tried downloading it again but i realy dont have a clue. If anyone could kindly advise me on this i would be most gratefull, i brought the acer as an x display and was not given a password

If you think you accidentally deleted something, then what all did you delete prior to this happening? And for the next time, please describe your problem in the subject line, and not "newbie help please." It is very annoying, and it pisses a lot of people off, including myself. Thank you for understanding.

What distro and browser are you using? (Your post says you posted your message with Fedora.)

If Facebook, try using Epiphany (the native Gnome browser--I think it's included) or some other browser and see whether you get the same error.

I did ask a question in my post you know.... What all did you delete that you know of? You wouldn't put that specific sentence in your thread without it meaning something....

You should be able to reinstall fire fox quite easily without recovery disks. We could help you more if you could tell us if you are using fedora, ubuntu, suse, etc.

Once again within this thread, what distro are you using? And do you have flash player installed, like it is asking?
