Smile New to the forum - fpdf question


I have a question regarding the following errors. I am at a lost. Could some one give me a clue to what is going on? Thanks advance.

Warning: require_once(fpdf/fpdf.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/html/dds/mypdf.php on line 2

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'fpdf/fpdf.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/html/dds/mypdf.php on line 2

Is fpdf/fpdf.php readable by your user ?

ls -l fpdf/fpdf.php and show the result here
