New to ldapsearch


I am new to the command "ldapsearch" .

I have the server ldap server IP , user RDB , password , base DN , if I want to search data eg. staff name , what is the command ? would provide the example .

Sorry, you're not 'new' to ldapsearch...the VERY FIRST QUESTION you ever posted:

...asked about using the ldap, and you were handed a script using the ldapsearch command, and that was two years ago. And the man page on ldapsearch is there for your use.
