New Server

Can someone advise on the best linux for a server what I want is.

Apache
MYSQL
PHP
FTP
Possibly Mail
File share

I am looking at the moment to install on a Pentium 700mhz with 128meg of ram

The ones I have seen so far but not installed is ClarkConnect but this aadvises you need 512m ram and the same story with several others any suggestions.

Preferably I would like the packages already to be installed.

Any normal distro should have all those options eg RH Fedora, Ubuntu/Kubuntu etc.
Your main issue will be RAM, unless this is just for Dev/Testing.
For a real production system, you'll want more RAM.
IOW, it really depends how much you're using the box.
