New mod

Due to other responsibilities ugge will no longer be modding the Linux - Newbie forum. I would like to thank Richard for modding up until now. I hope you still visit!
I would also like to welcome taz.devil, who will be modding this forum along with isajera. Thanks!

It's just a "change of command" for the mods. taz.devil has become a mod, and taken the mod seat in the newbie forum.

Right on taz.devil
