Hi pan, yes I have a BT router. It has some info on the back that I know relates to the set up. But not sure what relates to what as they seem to use different terms.

I have.

network name
wireless key
adim password
wirless pin.

SSID is the "name" of the router, it is known only by you (and admin?)
You do not need additional DNS and cloned mac address, and you can use the default device mac address (usually that field is filled). BSSID will come also from the router, but probably it is detected and you do not need to know it. I'm not really sure about your settings.
