New here

I desperately wants to have this Linux(Ubuntu). I am new to this kind of thing and what makes it worst is that i end up at a dead end when i try to download this software; It says access denied. So i was wondering if somebody could maybe upload this software onto Filefront or Rapidshare. I think i'm behind a firewall at work which is the only place i have internet access to.

Thanks
Christy

In which part of the world do you live? It could be that your country denies access to some sites. Or are you in school/college/university and the firewall is doing the same thing?

If you cannot access to download, go to the Ubuntu home page and request they ship you a CD (there should be a link there), it will take a few weeks but they do send them. And it costs you nothing!
