Start the file browser, make sure it's displaying your home directory and click on File, then Create folder.
Actually, you should have one. I looked in the manual

and you should have Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Video...
PS Never create a folder or file name with a space in: sooner or later it causes trouble. The name rules are
1. start with a character or letter
2. use only characters, letters, or the symbols (not initiallly!) under-score, hyphen, or full point.
