new comer with OpenSuse 11.3

hello!
I've just arrived in Linux. I like it very much but some problems are arising...for example how can I burn an audio CD using hp3 files with K3b?
Thank you for an answer

hp3 files? Or do you mean mp3?

You should just be able to open k3b, click "New Audio CD Project". Drag and drop your audio files or select them and have at it.

What have you tried, what's not working, and are there error messages?

k3b codecs for managing mp3 and other restricted formats come with a stand-alone package (called k3b-codecs). You have to install it manually, sicne it is not provided (nor installed) by OpenSuSE. You can also check this page on the OpenSuSE Community site, to learn more about free and restricted formats. If you follow the links you can even install all the required stuff to manage restricted format in one-click. Feel free to ask for any problem.

The error message is: format not supported.
