How do I make my Slackware network available to users in other cities so they can play my gaming network?

Hello Roberts71, welcome to LQ.

Please be patient, it's not useful to ask similar questions in two different posts. If you wanted to change the way your first post was stated, you could have edited it.

That said, I feel hard to answer this question, as you say nothing about the way the players communicate with the server. If, say, for now their box is allocated an IP by a DHCP
server, you should make this server visible on the Internet. For that it should have a fixed public IP associated with a domain name, I guess. The way you can get that differ upon the way the server is itself connected to the Internet. If it his a self hosted box, or a dedicated hosted server there should be no problem. if it his hosted by an ISP, this ISP should tell you what to do, if this feature is included in your contract.

There 10 computers 1 server and 9 terminals. Terminals are assigned IP from the DHCP. The terminals have slot games and server is the cashier. So I would like it if users could access the terminals from they're home and the admin access the server from theyre home. Terminals ask server for credits and server then loads credits onto terminals. I was thinking about remote access but maybe there is a better way.

Thanks Didier

Why not have everybody (admin+users) accessing the server from their home? Users' computers would be used as terminals.

The slot game software I made only runs on Slackware. Most of the users are running windows and some using android tablets. Also the Slackware install for server is a little different from the terminals. Maybe I could have one terminal that users could access but I'm not sure if I can have the game installed more than once on the terminal. If you like I can email the slot game manual i wrote to you to give you a better ideal how it works?

I would prefer you append the manual to your next message, or give an URL where I can download it. In which language is written this game, as it works only in Slackware?
