network interface not coming in home network

Its a very strange issue, My VM works fine (network) in public library network.But, When i come to home and start my VM, network interfaces are not coming, its keep on failing.Not sure what's going on? Recently, I changed my router and router shows two option for wifi broadcasting, 2G and 5GHz. Really pissed off...
