Network in suse

Hi
I have just made a multi operating system with suse 9 and windows.
When networked suse doesn't notice my network connection ?
I know the connection works ?
What are the commands to look at the hardware connected ?
Thanks
Wozzle

What type of network connection do you have ?
Since you mentioned network connection, I will guess that you use an Ethernet connection (Cable, DSL, or LAN).

To see if SuSE detected the network card, type:
Code:
dmesg | grep eth
To display the setup of each network interface, type:
Code:
ipconfig
To display your routing table, type:
Code:
route -n
