Network configuration

Hi,
here I'm back again with one more funny question, but I'm real newbie in Linux and I still learning the basics.

When I select my network in Mandrake control center i must enter my values (IP, ......).
Where can I get this values.

Thanks

Ask your ISP. If you have a static IP (the one you can enter) it should be somewhere in the documents from your ISP. If there's no IP in the docs or your ISP's saying you'vve got a dynamic IP, you need to check the box "Automatic IP" (in the MDK druid it's just over the box for IP) and then you don't enter anything more.
