Network Admin Tool GUI not working

I have F12 on my laptop (2GB RAM; Intel Core 2 Duo; Vista as alternate boot).

I do not have a menu item for 'Network Administration tool' in gnome menu. When 'system-config-network' is typed into a terminal as super user, I am not getting GUI but text based interface.

How can I get GUI for this tool ?

Check to see that you are in runlevel 5.

Try "system-config-network-gui"

Check if system-config-network is installed.
Run this command rpm -qi system-config-network

That worked; even though I had to install it. Thanks.
