Netgear WG3!1v3 installation

Hi i am a complete newb and am trying to use linux but i cant get my wireless card to work i am using backtrack 3 and all the forums posts i have found have been to complicated as i know nothing about linux

Also does anyone know any good tutorials for a complete newb
