Netflix & Silverlight error
I am a Linux Mint 14 using Netflix quite successfully until MS decided to update Silverlight. Now the screen locks on a download page, with no way around it.
It's pointless attempting the download as it's an .exe and will screw up my machine. Does anyone have a suggestion, please? |
The netflix-desktop application works really well for me- and takes almost no effort beyond a few lines of code (Confirmed working as recently as this morning for me).

Can you give us the error messages you are getting?
Just to verify you have Wine installed right? That link I posted above is actually the Windows version of Firefox, since NF refuses to support Linux. |

Eric Hoover gave the answer. In the terminal rm -Rf ~/.wine-browser will delete this file, restart Netflix and it automatically loads the correction. |
Glad to hear it worked out for you.
