Net-snmp Mib configuration in Linux

I am using a Eddy DK V2.1 board which runs on Linux and Net_snmp5.4.1 package is installed.i am using Lemonide from eclipse as the editor.

I want to add my own MIB file to the SNMP agent and in the Net-Snmp Tutorial it is mentioned that

"There are three options to prevent the agent returning information from a particular MIB:

re-run configure to exclude the given MIB module(s) from the build configuration, then recompile and reinstall:
./configure --with-mib-modules=path/to/wanted ....
make
make install "

where should i type these commands?
can somebody help.

Wherever the source code is.

Typically when you get a package not using one of the standard package managers it is a tar.gz or .tgz bundle. You download the bundle then put in a directory you want to compile in and run "tar xvf <bundle>" to extract the files in the bundle into the current location. You then run the configure and make in the directory where the bundle was extracted which is where the "source" code is.
