must be USB version and not sure what installation details I will need to know etc

I'd suspect hardware damage. How did you get working originally?

hardware intact I can find the modems there is no damage known issue talked to 2 other linus peoplel
 

linux has to be downloaded to USB and reinstalled need directions could not find the USB version
