need to install tssoft32.acm

Im trying to get pyvoice working and it seems I need tssoft32.acm. The only downloads I can find for it are for windows. So my question is, can I use the windows download and if not, can anyone point me in the right direction of where to look for a download for linux?
Thanks.

Ok, I found a download for all win32 and it has tssoft32.acm in it. I unzipped it and then cd the directory but when I try to configure it says no such file or directory. Im not quite sure what the problem is there, but can I install just the one file that I need? If so how do I go about it?
Thanks

figured it out, thanks anyway.

I grabbed the two libs I needed out of the win32codec package and stuck them in the pyvoice directory. Voice works now for the most part, it will work in chat rooms but not in pm for some reason (the other person gets a message that says I need to update messenger). Im sure I will figure it out eventually . Thanks!
