just use a rescue disk of the linux dist that you have installed then no need to install lilo. that'll do it *.

i'm not sure what the command is in redhat but try something like:
mkbootdisk or mkboot or mkrescue something like that. |

Or set lilo to for a timeout of 0. Lilo will immediately proceed to Windows unless you press the 'shift' key, then the menu appears.
