need RHEL ISO to run it on Virtual Box


where the Hell can I get tho ISO image ?

Probably from the Red Hat website after you've paid for it. Do you specifically need RHEL? If not, just use CentOS - it's built from the same sources, but is without the Red Hat branding and can be obtained without cost.
