i looked on the previous link u said me it says i need a cd drive to download ubuntu. All i need to do is open a jar file called rsbot with java scripts in it to program a virtual character to do something man i wish i bought a computer with xp now =/

If all you want to do is run the java file, we have already explained what you need to do.

See my post at #21, read it carefully, and make sure you have the /path/to/the/file and the filename correct.

If you get errors, then tell us (exactly) what they are.

You don't need a CD to install ubuntu on an eee701.

But if you cannot type the right command, I do not think ubuntu is going to help you.
