Need help with PHP script?


I am in search of PHP script which can retrieve system information upon submiting host IP on the webpage and display therein.

Ok...there are many web based monitoring tools available already, like Zenoss, Nagios, etc. But your question lacks any sort of detail, like version/distro of Linux, what kind of 'system' it's going to monitor, what you want to gather, and HOW you want to gather it. SNMP queries are different (and return different data), than client/server based queries. You also don't say if you want to archive this data, and in what format, and how you want to display it (table? Graph? Both??).
