need help with 22.04 lts server web browser after installing docker and nextcloud

Hi, I'm obviously new to linux and have run into a hitch, I'm hoping someone here will be gracious enough to help.

As aforementioned in subject, I recently installed ubuntu server on an old laptop, hoping to setup a local server in my home for my family to safely store and or access media, mostly pics and vids from their phones.

It has already been quite the frustrating journey due to Murphy's Law, but despite internet connectivity issues amongst other things, I have managed to successfully install docker as well and also nextcloud. Now, I seem to be having an issue with web browsing to finish settuing up netcloud. At first I installed lynx quite easily and it was going well until nextcloud tells me that the browser requires javascript to continue. This led me to attempting to innstall dillo and midori because they are supposed to be light on resources. I followed all the steps to the letter and no luck. I even enlisted the help of a couple of ai services, neither of which could give me a definitive answer or solve my issue. I thought before I would keep trying and failing I would ask someone here. So, is the problem that I am having because I cannot use a browser with javascript with ubuntu server? This is what Poe bot was beginning to come up with for a conclusion. I don't see how this could be, as from what I read, ubuntu server is definately better than desktop for this type of application. Please Help! I could really use some guidance.

Just use a Windows web browser. It does not have to be on the same computer. Just make sure if running a firewall that you allow web traffic which is going to be necessary anyway.

Ohhh, ok simple fix. That was in the back of my head once maybe, but then I figure it would have to be setup on the server side.
Thanks for the help. I should save me some headaches.
